You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. There's no need to justify your decision — just get in touch.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include your license key or Stripe receipt. We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

What happens to your license

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. Please uninstall the app after a refund. Your locally stored data remains on your device until you remove it.

Statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer law in your country of residence.
